Qualifications:
- Graduation is the bare minimum of qualifications.
- Candidates with a Master’s degree in business or economics from an institution accredited by the HEC will be given preference.
- At the time of the interview, candidates with international credentials must present an equivalence certificate from Pakistan’s HEC.
Experience:
- At least 15 years of experience in retail, corporate, commercial, or SME banking with an emphasis on trade sales, strategy creation, and credit evaluations.
- Candidates with prior Islamic banking expertise will be given preference.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- Oversee a group of TLs and RMs to attain the best outcomes in the designated region.
- Observe the Bank’s internal rules and processes and make sure that regulatory policies are followed.
- Create and put into action business plans to propel the expansion of commercial and small company financing.
- Make that Shariah regulations are followed in all credit and commerce sales transactions.
- Build trusting relationships with customers to help achieve company objectives and sustained profitability.
- Determine and create sector-specific strategies to improve commercial and SME financing, guaranteeing effective branch-level operations and achieving organizational goals.
- additional duties as delegated by management.
Location:
- regions of Multan and Islamabad.
- The Group Head of Commercial, SME & Agriculture Finance is the direct supervisor of the role.
Compensation:
- The chosen individuals will get a market-based compensation package.
